Terms and Conditions for Insurance Member-Get-Member (MGM) Referral Programme Promotion (the “Promotion”)

This Promotion is only valid for new insurance policy(ies) successfully purchased by a Referee via the Referral Link in accordance with the MGM T&Cs (as defined below) from now to 30 Apr 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

To be eligible for the Referrer Reward and Referee Reward (collectively the “Rewards”), a Referee must purchase an Eligible Insurance Plan with an Eligible Card within the Promotion Period, as indicated in the table below.

The Referrer and Referee will respectively receive the Referrer Reward and the Referee Reward around ten (10) weeks after the Referee’s insurance plan has been purchased.

By participating in this Promotion, it is agreed that the Eligible Insurance Plan purchased within the Promotion Period must be valid. If the Referee cancels the Eligible Insurance Plan within six (6) months from the date ofpurchase, American Express International Inc. may charge such amounts equivalent to the Referrer Reward and the Referee Reward to the Referrer's and Referee's Card Accounts respectively.

American Express International Inc. reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this Promotion, or make changes to these terms and conditions due to business reasons, change in contractual terms with our partners, unforeseen circumstances or matters beyond our reasonable control.

Policy Owners' Protection Scheme

This Policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for Your Policy is automatic and no further action is required from You. For more information on the types of benefits that are covered under the scheme as well as the limits of coverage, where applicable, please contact Chubb or visit the GIA or SDIC websites (www.gia.org.sg or www.sdic.org.sg).
