By participating in this Promotion, it is agreed that the Eligible Insurance Plan purchased within the Promotion
Period must be valid. If the Referee cancels the Eligible Insurance Plan within six (6) months from the date of
purchase, American Express International Inc. may charge such amounts equivalent to the Referrer Reward
and the Referee Reward to the Referrer's and Referee's Card Accounts respectively.

If the original gift is unavailable due to reasons beyond our control, American Express International Inc. may
substitute the original gift with other gift(s) of reasonably comparable value.

For avoidance of doubts, the "gift" defined within these Terms and Conditions is Samsonite duffel bag.

Please note that this Promotion is organized by American Express International Inc. The redemption email and the
steps to redeem the gift will be sent to Referrer and Referee within twelve (12) weeks from the date of successful
